Technophobia

Moira interviews GARY HEIL, President of Heil & Associates, a San Francisco firm specializing in organizational change. Of specific interest is the change which has occurred as a result of technology creating a higher expectation on the part of consumers, including the ability to customize seemingly every product. In association with international experts Tom Parker and Rick Tate, Heil has written a new book "Leadership and the Customer Revolution."

Moira also speaks with DR. MICHELLE WEIL, a clinical director of the TECHNOPHOBIA REDUCTION CLINIC. Dr. Weil's interest in technophobia has led her to study over 10,000 workers in over 20 countries. They discuss how you know if you are technophobic, and what to do about it if you are.
