Paul Francis / NTT

Paul Francis is simultaneously a researcher in NTT's Software Lab in Tokyo, and a PhD student at UCL in London. Where he is at any given time depends on who you talk to. Before that, Mr. Francis worked at Bellcore in northern New Jersey, where he, among other things, developed Pip and all the bad parts of SIPP.

Prior to that, he worked at MITRE in northern Virginia, where his big thing was Landmark Routing. Before that, well, that's a long time ago. Mr. Francis is widely known of the inventor of a lot of cool ideas, none of which ever come to anything. He hopes to change that, and not by not having more cool ideas. (This was written by Mr. Francis).
