Dear Sir:

Thank you for this opportunity to ask a question of the witnesses.
This truly is a 21st century hearing when ordinary citizens like
myself can participate in a real hearing.

As a resident of rural areas, I am concerned that the infromation
revolution will bypass me an my fellow citizens. What can we
do to make sure that the economy still encourages our rural
way of life?
