What a wonderful idea!!  Why has this type of hearing ("21st Century") 
not been tried before?  Surely we have had the technology for some time.  
It is these kinds of efforts which truly make me feel  like Washington 
is now reforming after decades of "business as usual" and the status quo.

Thank you for your progressive and forward thinking ideas and keep up the 
good work.
