Educating for Excellence

In a very interesting way, the problems of workforce productivity and unemployment are linked. Both depend, in large measure, on a motivated, confident workforce. To build that workforce, techniques that stimulate self-esteem and encourage learning are needed. Educator and author Peter Kline has developed an approach to learning that incorporates new understanding of how individuals learn and how groups interact.

George Seay interviews Peter Kline, educator and co-author of "Ten Steps to a Learning Organization."
